Product Features

Pneumatic 2/2 Way On-Off Control
The valve combines a pneumatic piston actuator with a two-port angle seat body to provide automatic opening and closing of process pipelines. It is suitable for repeated switching of compatible liquid, gas and steam media. Pneumatic angle seat valves are commonly designed as 2/2-way process valves with single-acting or double-acting actuator options.

Weld-End Pipeline Connection
The straight weld ends are designed to be welded directly into the pipeline, providing a permanent connection without threaded joints, clamps or bolted flanges. For welded versions, the actuator should be removed before the valve body is welded into the pipeline and reinstalled after welding.

Customizable Welding Dimensions
The weld outer diameter, inner diameter and valve-body length can be manufactured according to customer pipeline requirements. This supports OEM machinery and non-standard process-line installations.

DN10 to DN100 Size Range
The series covers DN10, DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80 and DN100, with weld tube diameters from approximately 12.7 mm to 108 mm.

Plastic Pneumatic Actuator
The engineering-plastic actuator provides pneumatic valve operation while keeping the actuator assembly compact. The correct actuator diameter should be selected according to nominal size, process pressure, control function and flow direction.

Conventional and Water-Hammer-Reducing Flow Options
The dimensional drawing identifies high inlet and low outlet as the conventional installation direction. Low inlet and high outlet is shown as the water-hammer-reducing arrangement, which may require a larger actuator on some sizes.

Applications

Industrial Steam Pipelines
Suitable for automated steam switching in heating systems, laundry equipment, drying machinery, cleaning equipment and process lines when the body material, seat seal, pressure and temperature ratings match the application.

Water and Hot-Water Systems
Used in water supply, washing equipment, cooling circuits, heat exchangers and automated cleaning systems that require a permanently welded pipeline connection.

Compressed Air and Gas Control
Applied to compressed-air and compatible gas pipelines where a pneumatic pilot signal operates the main process valve.

Cleaning and Process Equipment
Suitable for industrial washing machines, cleaning systems, sterilization support equipment, process skids and fluid-delivery systems.

OEM Pipeline Systems
Customizable weld diameters and valve-body lengths make the valve suitable for machinery manufacturers building equipment around specific tubing dimensions.

Official pneumatic angle seat valve documentation includes welded versions for liquid, gaseous and steam-related process applications, but final suitability depends on the selected material, seal, operating pressure and temperature.

FAQ

What is a pneumatic weld-end angle seat valve used for?
It is used for automatic on-off control of air, water, steam, gases and compatible process fluids in permanently welded pipeline systems.

Is this a 2/2 way valve?
Yes. A standard pneumatic angle seat shut-off valve has two process ports and two operating positions: open and closed.

How is the valve connected to the pipeline?
The two straight tube ends are welded directly into the pipeline. They are not threaded, clamped or bolted flange connections.

Should the actuator be removed before welding?
Yes. Established installation guidance for weld-end pneumatic angle seat valves instructs the installer to remove the actuator before welding the valve body into the pipeline, then reinstall it afterward.

What sizes are available?
The current HOMIPNEU range covers DN10 through DN100, with weld tube diameters from approximately 12.7 mm to 108 mm.

Can the welding dimensions be customized?
Yes. The product page states that the weld outer diameter, inner diameter and valve-body length can be customized according to customer requirements.

Is every model made from 304 stainless steel?
The displayed DN25 sample is marked 304, but the material grade of every size and configuration should be confirmed before ordering.

Can this valve be used for steam?
Weld-end pneumatic angle seat valves are available for steam service, but the actual seat seal, body material, pressure rating, temperature limit and actuator configuration must match the operating conditions.

Is the valve normally closed or normally open?
The page does not specify one fixed control function. Normally closed, normally open and double-acting versions should be confirmed according to the order configuration.

What is the water-hammer-reducing flow direction?
The current drawing identifies low inlet and high outlet as the arrangement intended to reduce water-hammer effects. Correct actuator sizing and flow direction must be confirmed together.

What should be confirmed before ordering?
Confirm the DN size, weld outer and inner diameters, valve-body length, material, seal, control function, actuator size, pilot pressure, medium, process pressure, temperature and installation direction.

Does HOMIPNEU support OEM and distributor orders?
Yes. HOMIPNEU supports OEM and ODM supply, customized weld dimensions, bulk orders, private labeling, export packaging and specification confirmation.
