Product Features

Compact Vane Rotary Structure
The compact vane drive mechanism converts compressed air into controlled angular motion while reducing the installation space required inside automated machinery.

Wide Torque Selection
Eleven models are available with torque outputs ranging from 0.14 to 113 N·m, allowing the actuator to be selected for light positioning devices or higher-load rotary mechanisms.

Three Standard Rotation Angles
Standard 90°, 180°, and 270° versions are available for indexing, reversing, turning, clamping, transfer, and positioning operations.

Stable Double-Acting Operation
Compressed air is applied alternately to both sides of the vane to provide controlled forward and reverse rotation with consistent torque output.

Small and Large Model Options
RTM10–RTM40 models provide a compact solution for limited installation spaces, while RTM50–RTM150 models support applications requiring higher torque and greater allowable kinetic energy.

Optional Angle Adjustment
Selected small models can be supplied with an adjustable-angle mechanism for fine adjustment of the final rotation position.

Optional Shock Absorber Configuration
Large models can be configured with one or two shock absorbers to reduce impact at the end of rotation and improve motion stability.

Sensor-Ready Position Detection
Optional sensor brackets and magnetic switches allow the actuator position to be detected and connected to automated control systems.

Durable Aluminum Alloy Construction
The lightweight aluminum alloy body provides corrosion resistance, reduced machine weight, and dependable performance in industrial environments.

Replacement for Existing RTM Units
The standardized model range makes the actuator an ideal replacement for CHELIC RTM Series units used in compatible pneumatic equipment.

How should I select the correct RTM model?

Model selection should consider the required torque, operating pressure, rotational speed, load inertia, allowable kinetic energy, installation space, and required rotation angle. A safety margin should be included when calculating actuator torque.

Can the rotation angle be adjusted?

Selected small RTM models can be supplied with an adjustable-angle option. The adjustment code is added to the complete model number.

Are shock absorbers available?

Shock absorber configurations are available for the larger RTM models. One or two shock absorbers can be selected depending on the operating speed and load conditions.
