Product Features
Pneumatic 2/2 Way On-Off Control
The valve uses a pneumatic piston actuator to open or close the two-port process flow path. Pneumatically actuated angle seat valves are widely used as shut-off or process-control valves for liquids, gases and steam.
Flanged Pipeline Connection
The flange body provides a bolted connection for industrial pipelines and larger nominal sizes. The matching flange standard, pressure class, gasket, bolt pattern and pipeline dimensions must be confirmed before installation.
DN15 to DN100 Size Range
The published dimensional table covers DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80 and DN100, allowing selection for both equipment pipelines and larger process systems.
Lightweight Plastic Pneumatic Actuator
The engineering plastic actuator reduces actuator weight while providing pneumatic valve operation. Established industrial angle seat valve designs also use plastic piston actuators with flange, spigot and threaded body options.
Conventional Flow Direction
The dimensional drawing identifies the high-inlet and low-outlet arrangement as the conventional flow direction. The process pressure assists the selected operating configuration according to the valve design.
Water-Hammer-Reducing Installation Option
The drawing identifies low-inlet and high-outlet installation as the water-hammer-reducing arrangement. The larger actuator listed for some sizes should be selected according to pipeline pressure and the required flow direction.
Applications
Industrial Steam Pipelines
Suitable for automated steam switching in heating systems, laundry equipment, sterilization support systems and process machinery when the body, seal, pressure and temperature ratings match the application.
Water and Hot-Water Systems
Used in water supply, cooling circuits, washing equipment, heat exchangers and automated cleaning systems requiring pneumatic pipeline shut-off.
Compressed Air and Gas Control
Applied to compressed-air lines and compatible industrial gas systems where a pneumatic pilot signal operates the main process valve.
Industrial Process Equipment
Suitable for textile machinery, chemical equipment, filling systems, temperature-control equipment and general automated fluid-handling systems.
Large Pipeline Isolation
The DN15–DN100 range and flanged body make the series suitable for installations where threaded or clamp connections are not appropriate.
Industrial angle seat valves are commercially available for liquid, gas and steam service, but actual compatibility depends on the supplied body material, seat seal, process pressure and temperature rating.

FAQ
What is a pneumatic flanged angle seat valve used for?
It is used for pneumatic on-off control of air, water, steam, gas and compatible process fluids in industrial pipeline systems.
Is this a 2/2 way valve?
Yes. A standard angle seat shut-off valve has two process ports and two operating states: open and closed.
Is this valve welded directly to the pipeline?
No. The product shown on the current page uses two bolted flange connections. The existing “Welding Angle Seat Valve” name does not match the displayed product or dimensional drawing.
What sizes are available?
The published range includes DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80 and DN100.
What does PN16 on the valve body mean?
PN16 identifies the nominal pressure class marked on the displayed DN40 product body. The applicable pressure rating for each size and operating temperature must be confirmed from the final specification.
Can the valve be used for steam?
Pneumatic angle seat valves are commonly available for steam service, but the selected body material, seat seal, actuator temperature limit and pressure rating must match the steam conditions.
Is the valve normally closed or normally open?
The page title and dimension table do not define one fixed control function. Confirm whether the required version is normally closed, normally open or double acting before ordering.
What is the water-hammer-reducing flow direction?
The current drawing identifies low inlet and high outlet as the arrangement intended to reduce water-hammer effects. Installation must follow the selected valve configuration and actuator sizing.
What should be confirmed before ordering?
Confirm the DN size, flange standard, pressure class, bolt pattern, body material, seat seal, control function, actuator size, pilot pressure, medium, operating pressure, temperature and flow direction.
Does HOMIPNEU support OEM and distributor orders?
Yes. HOMIPNEU supports OEM and ODM supply, bulk orders, private labeling, export packaging and specification confirmation for pneumatic process valves.
